Travel Ethiopia Is Making a Difference By Empowering Women!!!

Travel Ethiopia has frequently facilitated trainings and trade shows for our female staff members to attend, that encourages them to advance themselves, through personal and professional development, while also developing networks with other women professionals. They are also constantly encouraged to involve in community development activities that Travel Ethiopia undertakes, as part of its mission to contribute to the advancement of local communities. This aims at empowering our women staff members as it encourages them to take on large responsibilities and actively participate in numerous issues that have significant impact on communities.

Currently, Travel Ethiopia has an experienced and dedicated staff of 14 women that are working in the below sectors.

This department has eight strong women, which are prompt in communication and excellent in handling traveler’s requests. They are dedicated to the success of the company and eager to contribute to the success of the tourism sector in Ethiopia. As a team, they provide clients with great experience while ensuring their safety and comfort. They always strive to exceed expectations by creating numerous itineraries and events to enrich the experience of our travelers.

These eight women include; the Managing Director, the Tour Manager, the Supervisor, three Tour Consultants, the Reservation and the Secretary.

FinanceThe Finance department has four women employees, including seniors, which have been working for Travel Ethiopia for over 10 years. These women are professionals which are extremely meticulous and with an exceptional problem solving skills.

Purchase and adornmentThe two strong women working as purchasers are devoted members of our team and exhibit sincerity in their service execution. Their long years of experience make them an integral member of Travel Ethiopia.

Adorning and refreshment

There are two resilient women employees who clean the office and provide the refreshment for the staffs. During the allocated break times, the tea lady provides delicious coffee and tea for the employees. The cleaner, on the other hand, adores the bureau and strives to gives a fresh feeling to the office.

Altogether, the women staffs of Travel Ethiopia are dedicated, flexible in reassessing the demands of clients and render service in a friendly manner.
